This workshop is an opportunity for you to take some time out, and give yourself permission to truly relax and rest into the autumn season. The workshop will begin with pranayama, followed by an invitation to transition into stillness with a restorative yin practice, deep relaxation & meditation to help balance and restore the mind and body.


In Yin Yoga we hold each pose for a number of minutes, normally between three to five minutes and sometimes longer. This targets the deeper layers of connective tissue, ligaments and fascia of the body, while simultaneously promoting and maintaining joint mobility. It helps to quieten the mind and encourages the nervous system to settle. This will be a deeply healing and restoring workshop leaving you feeling calm, balanced & relaxed into the season ahead.


Bring your favourite blanket, pillows, fluffy socks and an eye mask to ensure your as relaxed as possible throughout practice.
