Yin and Chakra Sounds Workshop

Yin & Chakra Sounds has been created to release any blockages & manifested trauma within the body & chakras (energy points) & to focus on practises that allow the energy (Chi) to flow more freely. 

The workshop will include, breathwork, qigong, a music therapy chakra meditation, yin yoga and live music.
