A flowing sequence of dynamic poses harmonising breath and movement. These creative classes build strength, endurance and flexibility; energising the body and calming the mind.

Suitable for: These are open level classes and postures can be modified to suit all levels however if you are new to yoga or looking after an injury we recommend attending a beginners class first to get to grips with the basics.

Please note we can not accept pregnant clients in our our classes until you are past the12 week mark. If you are past the 12 week mark, we can help point you in the direction of the most suitable classes. Please contact us on [email protected]
