A slower paced vinyasa class. A class that will open up the body and the mind leaving you spacious and renewed. Each class will include pranayama, asana and relaxation.

Suitable for: This is an open level class that welcomes all levels and abilities, there is something for everyone.

Please note we can not accept pregnant clients in our our classes until you are past the12 week mark. If you are past the 12 week mark, we can help point you in the direction of the most suitable classes. Please contact us on [email protected]
