Our Beginners Yoga classes are open to anyone but especially those without any prior knowledge or practice of Yoga. There is a specific focus on learning the benefits and the correct alignment of yoga postures. You will learn the correct breathing techniques whilst building strength and confidence in areas of weakness and increase flexibility of both the body and the mind. Beginners classes often include mobility exercises that will open and strengthen the body in order to find more ease in the more traditional yoga postures.

Suitable for: Great for anyone looking to start Yoga for the first time. This class is also recommended for anyone who is looking after an injury or looking for a slower paced class.
