Surrender to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method with careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method and have fun along the journey. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.


You need to have a minimum of 6 months of yoga practice and not necessary to know the Ashtanga Sequence.


You also will expect traditional open and closing mantras, breathing, meditation, and vinyasa method. Hand of adjustments and adjustments will be also available, however, you can opt out if you don't want them.
