“Blossoming Bumps”

This two-hour workshop is for mothers to be who would like to feel more relaxed, connected to their baby and prepared for pregnancy and birth. We will spend time nourishing your body and nervous system with some pregnancy safe yoga and breathwork. The practice aims to cultivate a renewed trust between you and your body. I will guide you in wonderful self-care practices and I will provide refreshments for the body and soul.

As a practicing midwife there will also be a part of the practice where you are welcome to ask any questions you may have about your pregnancy and birth. This can also be done anonymously.
Join me in Urban Zen Yoga and Movement to celebrate your pregnancy, to create a sense of wonder and joy about your growing baby and really appreciate your body and the magic that it is capable of.
