Get ready for the weekend with this monthly feel good flow. A session designed to take you on a journey. You will move through a creative sequence of pranayama and asana,  mindfully flowing from posture to posture ultimately  winding down with some restorative postures and melting into a well deserved Savasana. 

Helping us to find that FEEL GOOD vibe, the studio will be low lit with the gorgeous scent of essential oils filling the air and a thoughtful playlist of music will accompany the class.
