Leap your way through the end of winter this year, by freeing up, and strengthening those pesky muscles surrounding your pelvis that often get forgotten about. In this 90 minute session you'll learn how to activate, and utilise these muscles in a way that will change your yoga practice. We'll explore more challenging postures, flow through dynamic movements, enjoy passive stretching and settle into a deep relaxation to end the session.
