Rest, Restore, Revive-

These beautifully created evenings will support you to take time to Rest your mind, Restore your connection to your body and Revive your energy or Joie de vivre using a blissful blend of somatic practices.

This series of chakra themed Nidra workshops are intended to guide you as you learn about the Chakra, enquire about how this chakra may be showing up in your life and receive a Reiki & Sound Infused Yoga Nidra practice that has been crafted to balance and heal your body.

You will arrive to an environment designed to nurture your senses and invite you to lean fully into the evening’s experiences.

Somatic practices will be used to assist in stimulating your vagus nerve and activating your parasympathetic nervous system so that your body can rest and digest. We are living in a post pandemic world, with nervous systems that have faced the chronic stress of living in a pandemic. Our bodies need the opportunity to be reconnected with and these workshops have been designed to do just that. It’s time to go inward as healing starts within.

No previous experience of chakra, somatic practices, trauma theory or yoga nidra required. Come as you are (bringing a blanket, pillow and water bottle) and expect to leave feeling calm, content and cared for as there will be some gifts designed for you to know you are loved!
