The aim of this two hour workshop is to provide a strong foundation for your inversion practice. We’ll work through specific drills, strength work, and partner work, whilst supporting one another to find flight in a safe and progressive way. If you have a regular yoga practice and want to begin your inversion journey, or have been working towards your headstands, forearm stand and handstands, this is the workshop for you.
