This uplifting workshop has been created to help you to shed the weight of winter; to cultivate energy and a vision for the new season ahead.


Using tried and tested yoga techniques and also borrowing from modern day self improvement methods, we will breathe new life into ourselves via two powerful Yoga asana practices plus Kriya and pranayama, meditation and journaling.
