Soulful(l) Saturdays - Cacao and Yin Workshop
with Mike Williams

Mike Williams, a Yoga Teacher originally from Swansea and now based in Maesteg who also specialises in Elemental Mandala Vinyasa would like to welcome you into a healing and spiritually releasing Yin and Cacao Ceremony Workshop. Cacao, a sacred medicinal plant from MesoAmerica that has been used in rituals and ceremonies for thousands of years allows the mind, body and soul to reflect and draw in, helping to find peace, clarity, self love and a deep connection to Mother Earth.

To celebrate the coming of Winter as the nights draw, the sun begins to fade and as the veil between worlds thins to allow our ancestors to once again return and inspire us, let us come together to honour ourselves, families and let go of all that no longer serves us.

Mike, who is also a Celtic Pagan with Druid Ancestory, invites you to come together by opening a sharing circle, honouring the elements of nature and forthcoming quarter festival, Samhain (Halloween) a gentle Yin Yoga Practice and honouring ourselves and others by sharing a cup of healing Cacao.

Everyone will receive a small dose of Ceremonial Grade Cacao, however you are more than welcome to also drink your own flavored herbal tea
