Acro yoga can improve your balance, flexibility, coordination and communication skills. It can also help you build trust, communication and teamwork skills, as well as boost your confidence and creativity~
In this workshop, we'll introduce you to some basic acro yoga principles and techniques, and show you some beginner-friendly poses that you can practice with a friend or a partner. You don't need any prior experience to get started, just a willingness to have fun and explore new possibilities!
