Pilates is a disciplined practice that requires small movements focusing on various areas of the body. Pilates primarily works on core strength, however focused movements offer all over muscle tone, alignment of posture, strength, body control and flexibility.


Pilates is a series of targeted movements and adaptable solutions when injury or chronic pain impairs movement and performance and can have a very restorative effects on lower back pain and poor posture.


Exercises are adaptable to all levels of fitness, age, and ability with a controlled approach.
