A fast-paced dynamic form of Yoga with a specific traditional series of postures. In this class you will be guided through a modified version of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series.  

Suitable for: These are open level classes and postures can be modified to suit all levels however if you are new to yoga or looking after an injury we recommend attending a beginners class first to get to grips with some of the basics.
