A dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice, this class incorporates pranayama (breathing techniques) and a creatively sequenced physical postures which will positively challenge both the body and mind. Although suitable for mixed ability we would recommend a good level of fitness and some yoga experience before attending. If you are a complete beginner we would recommend attending one of our beginner sessions first to get a taste of what to expect.
