Kenzie plans her classes so that they are accessible while maintaining a gentle and steady pace to get you moving. Suitable for all ages, perfect for those new to yoga, looking to get back to activity after a break and for those ready to get more active, Kenzie offers modifications for some of the more challenging movements to help build skill, strength, balance and stability and ending with deeper stretches and a short relaxation
